Find a stock to study
Start at the top of the list, search for a company you know or choose a study group. We look at signs such as how far a price has fallen, how it compares with recent lows and how much trading is taking place.
A stock’s rank is its place in the list. We put closer matches nearer the top, with A-grade stocks first. Its grade gives you another clue: green A is a stronger match with early signs of a turn, amber B is one to watch and red C is a weaker match.
The grade and rank come from the same scan of the market. A study group helps you narrow your search; it does not change the grade. Our guide to the list explains how to read them together.
Look at what has changed
Check the date above the list first. It tells you when we last scanned the market. The page looks for newer lists while you browse. If the list is old or an update fails, you will see a message.
Next, open the chart to see how the price has moved over time. TradingView charts update separately, so a price may change before the stock’s rank or grade does. Some prices may be delayed, and a chart may not be available for every stock.
Study the business behind the price
A lower price can be a chance to learn more, but it can also be a sign of trouble. Read the company’s news and reports. Look for a reason behind the price move and think about how much you could lose.
DipSignal offers general research, not advice for your own money or a call to buy or sell. Even a stock at the top of the list can lose value. There is no promised monthly return.
